I heard Richard in Cincy posts here. I have known of him for years, and never had the pleasure of meeting him. I have a ? about the Russian Potato Casserole, and a possible typo. Here is the link: http://www.completerecipes.com/96634.htm

This recipe is so awesome, but whereever it's posted, for the first ingredient list for sour cream is: 1 cn sour cream. On epicurious and Chowhound, the posters have said it's a typo and means one cup. Richard if you're here, I have loved your recipes forever and ever, it would be a really awsome pleasure to meet you.

Meeting Richard/I am Formerly Known as Karla/TX I recognize..

Several of you from another chat. I began posting on chowhound after leaving that chat, still it wasn't the same. I posted on the old chat of mine for Richard's taters earlier this week, and someone told me Richard hung out here.My BF is having a colonoscopy, and I am making specail favorites of mine for dinner that night. I came on that chat after Richard had left it, but so enjoyed all of his posts in that archive. I held the food party for that chat in Oct. 2000, and it's really good to see some old friends here. I used Karla then because my then husband didn't want me to use my real name, Karla was my bar name when I worked in nightclubs, so I used it.
