I am addicted to this creation I make with Trader Joes items!! I mix Arugula, chopped avocado, gorgonzola, and a nut mix I get there that has slivered almonds, pepitos and pine nuts. Added some cooked grilled chicken they sell and toss with their champagne pear vinegarette. Out of this workd!!!
