This would not be "me" at all, and no one loves eggs more!!

Cooked whipped whites are not at all good, to me, unless it is a meringue.. ;o) A soft poached egg is divine, but not NEARLY enough--it has to be two!! lol

I haven't made it yet either.

And it will have to wait until I get back from AZ. I may be leaving Monday instead of Tuesday to get out of the panhandle before weather hits.
