Thanks for doing the testing! I woulda thought it was have gotten soggy too!

Last year, I made baggies of the premeasured dry ingredients. When I was ready to bake, I'd add the baggie to the melted butter and eggs ans stuff, just so I could bake them fresh the night before I gave them away. But if I can do all of the baking and freeze them, that would be great too!

Good to know you can freeze them. I just love those cookies! Whenever I ask people what their favorite cookie is, they always say "you know, those really thin ones with the chocolate in the middle"?

You could just call it my "signature" cookie smileys/smile.gif

 
That's what I do for my Christmas baking.... line up ziplocs with the cookie name on them

Then measure the dry ingredients into each bag, sometimes with chocolate chips, or whatever else it may call for. Sure saves time when it comes to baking day!
