Sandra Lee's Kwanzaa cake, via Cake Wreaks...enjoy!

LOL, What would the season be without Sandra's Kwanzaa Cake? Poor Sandra,

I think this episode was the beginning of the end for the "Semi-homemade" movement.

Do you think her movement is over? Her stuff is gross, but I think lots of folks sadly eat like that

maybe not the Kwanzaa Cake though

**shudder**

Isn't her "Semi Homemade" show over? I see her on the Cooking Channel with "Taverns, Lounges

and Clubs," but I don't know how current it is.

When I first saw that the drapes matched her blouse, I knew I'd wandered...

...into the wrong room.

I had a highly alcoholic cocktail, just to be polite, and staggered out. Figuratively speaking, that is.

Apparently not, and OMG don't read her wiki because *warning, you may lose your lunch*..(more)... .

In 2012, Sandra Lee received two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lifestyle/Culinary Host for Semi-Homemade Cooking and Outstanding Make-Up.

Host ...and Make-up???? Two *Emmy Awards*

And she was a host on QVC first? And, and she was the cause of all those 80's puffy drape curtain rack thingys?

and here is where if your head hasn't exploded already...

Kurt Soller, writing for Newsweek, compared Lee's impact upon television cooking with that of Julia Child, noting that although Lee's show "is the furthest from Child's methods", both women "filled a niche that hasn't yet been explored.">

Pat, life would probably be better if you had never seen her, but since you have now

notice how the decor matches her blouse, including the KitchenAid Mixer. If you check out other episodes you will see a different color of KitchenAid mixer to match the day's decor, but you will never ever see her use one of them.
