I made it this morning and the aromas around my house were driving me crazy. I had to sneak a taste before dinner tonight. Thank you for a great recipe. Is it dinner time yet!?

 
It comes to our table throughout the year, but is standard at Christmas Eve dinner buffet.

IF you have any leftovers, try it slathered over a simple omelet with jack or cheddar (or a combo of both) inside.

I make it with chicken thighs sometimes, too. Not traditional, perhaps, but hubby prefers the chicken when he's trying to be healthy smileys/smile.gif

Just cook for a shorter time, but just as yummy!

 
The big test was last night as bf had it for dinner. It's now a T&T in our house. Thanks!

Not yet...

but in the next 4-6 weeks we'll be done, done, done!

We still have to catch up - we should do a mexican dinner, my mom just went to Maya and said it was great, have you been?

 
Haven't been to Maya. We had dinner at Dos Caminos last night.

Let me know when you're officially here. We will celebrate! Mexican sounds good to me.
