Good thanks. Right now I'm at my "10 percent of the time job " and taking this

fine opportunity to enter this kitchen via restarting computer and bypassing network login - hee-hee.

Unfortunately, I can't get away with popping in at my new "90 percent of the time job" but the good news is that I don't talk to myself as much there...

We tried it tonight - very nice! A few tweaks inside:

I added 2 cups of stock instead of the 1 1/3 cup the recipe called for, as quinoa is like rice (2 to 1 ratio of liquid to grain).

Next time, I will add a couple more cloves of garlic.

This is a keeper, and you could play around with the additions - it makes a very colorful dish.
