She has doctor's appts, but I'd like them to have breakfast, lunch, dinner suggestions...and perhaps something to do beside walking on the beach.

Thank you!

St. Armand's Circle (short hop over the Ringling Bridge) for great shopping and restaurants.

Crab & Fin on the circle is touted as the best seafood restaurant there. Stay clear of Columbia Restaurant. It's a tourist trap with lousy overpriced food from my experience. A short drive (or bus) from St. Armand's Circle is Mote Aquarium. I loved my visit there a few years ago and there's so much more to see. See Image link.

Fair warning! St. Armand's Circle has

I've spent countless weeks perfecting this blend and fine-tweaking all associated costs involved in the making to give you a great product for your money. I use quality ingredients and no MSG or preservatives are included. A nominal amount of kosher salt is incorporated into the mix. My Blend de Provence is freshly blended with each order.

Blend de Provence is jam-packed with flavor and I'm happy to say that my friends agree too!

You can find my blend by logging into Facebook and searching for Eatopia Cottage Foods. For those who are not Facebook users, I've posted details and photos below:

Use Blend de Provence on fish, chicken, pork, lamb, beef, pasta, salads, oil dip, "garlic" bread, creamy dip. Make an herb butter or flavored cream cheese. Sprinkle on your vegetables, french fries, roasted potatoes. The list is endless! You'll love the lemony/garlic/herb flavor on any food!

Pan-seared center cut pork chops seasoned with my Blend de Provence (and a little more sprinkled on top afterwards...). My dinner was super-enhanced with Blend de Provence.

Did I mention that we duckies love to sprinkle it on our snails and small fish? It's the perfect condiment and I hope you'll like it too!

Marina Jack's at the base of downtown Sarasota and overlooking beautiful Sarasota Bay...

The restaurant is on their marina within Bayfront Park and a great place to meander to see the boats and yachts for photo-taking. A MUST SEE!

O'Leary's is within the park and a short stroll south from Marina Jack's. Low key, casual, and a great view as well. See Image link.

There is a very nice restaurant on the grounds for lunch.

If they go they need to make sure to check out the circus building with a complete miniature circus to walk through.

Selva Grill created Liquid Love: Grapefruit, Basil, Elderberry, vodka martini

they also have excellent food. There are a ton of restaurants in downtown Sarasota but stay away from Mosaic...the place I got a dissected frog for dessert.

We were going to go there on our last trip but then we

ended up at a great Mexican restaurant for truly wonderful breakfasts. I'll ask my parents for the name/location
