Saturday six at the car repair place am afraid

1. The floor of my car in the front is sopping wet, and no, it hasn't rained yet. Just got a new radiator last weekend, so it's not that. Maybe the a/c?

2. Will get a pizza or Chinese food on the way home.

3. Tomorrow will be a going to a birthday party for a friend of the family and am planning on taking lemon shrimp and angel hair pasta.

4. That's it, stuck in the car shop. We did manage to get to the Farmer's market in the morning, and stock up on local fruit! Strawberries are perfect, blueberries just coming in, and everything looks fantastic!

 
weekend six---just four actually

Saturday midnight sun baseball game with our college league team. beautiful night, game started at 10 and ended at 12:30. cracker jacks and peanuts for snacking. we lost. good game though. those college kids sure play their hearts out.

got some last minute plants to add to the garden. now I think I'm done. famous last words.

tire blew out on the Volvo. it was a repaired tire(nail), so my fault for not replacing it sooner. Why do the car/tire dealers want to sell only a whole new set of tires when these are just fine? I got my way and they ordered just one new tire to match. tread is fine on the others.

baked a buttermilk rhubarb coffee cake for work. nice recipe. from an Amish cookbook. I'll post tomorrow.
