Jerr, if you don't mind me referring you to google (click on the link), there are some nice-sounding
recipes at the various links, like an orange chipotle hollandaise, a tarter sauce from homemade mayonnaise, a fresh tomato and cilantro salsa, and a mustard jalapeno sauce, to name a few.
I've never made lobster cakes. Would love to hear how yours turn out and what type of sauce you decide upon.
