Sauce for Pork Tenderloin Roast or chicken

Cook Pork Tenderloin Roast

When almost done:

put in saucepan:

4 tblsp wild plum jam/jelly

2 tblsp dijon mustard

LARGE dash of mixed dried garlic herbs

good dash of red chili powder

dash of black pepper

Cook till just bubbly

pour over the medallions of Pork, or goes well with chicken also.

Tastes almost Asian
