I made is yesterday also! I used it to marinade chicken breasts. It is a keeper!

i marinated the filet ~4 hours at room temp. - i doubt that it's critical...

24 hrs in the fridge would work.

i didn't have a problem with it. cooked it on a cedar plank in my weber kettle for about 12 minutes
