It is good, if I remember right I added rosemary and put lemon wedges inside, but couldn't find
the thread and wasn't sure about rub and wanted to confirm time.
I really like this when I have an errand day and not sure how long I'll be. Do the rub, put in bag in refer, put into roast before I leave house, make sure to make it home before 5 hours.
I need to check my new range out for how the set,bake,hold function works. I could use this on some of my shorter days on the dock this summer??

I'm not liking this combo----kinda like the bacon infused vodka. I don't think I could do that either. but come on up anyway. I'm thinking about volunteering for the "Combat Fishing" tournament in Seward May 31(thankthem.org). It's for our military that have served in Iraq/Afg. come on up for that----you'll probably be too busy though.
