We're going to spend the afternoon elsewhere, and then supposed to bring an somewhat hearty appetizer for an evening appetizer and desserts only event about an hour further from home. I'm thinking Richard's Kentucky ham ball as I have a TON of leftover ham, if they could be microwaved fast when we get to the party. Any ideas?
