Seattle dinner establishment recommendation

Will be going with the DW for the Neil Diamond concert and would like to know what everyone's favourite restaurant for dinner, is, in Seattle.

Looking for something really nice.

Traca needs to chime in here. for near the airport, we always go to 13 coins for the food and the

open kitchen "show" sitting at the long bar, not the liquor bar but the cooking area bar.

I've been to Metropolitan Grill and Canlis. both excellent and special.

I lean towards ethnic food and my favorite restaurant right now is Mamnoon,

which is a modern Lebanese restaurant. Before Mamnoon opened, whenever I entertained culinary folks from SF, LA, or NYC, we would go to Revel. It never failed to impress with awesome flavors, but doesn't break the bank. I also recently had terrific meals at Tray Kitchen and Bar Sajor..
