RECIPE: Seeking Recipe: Biscuit Tortoni

Hi. We are doing a dinner party for 10 neighbors this weekend and I'm making a killer Bolognese, so I want to stick with the italian theme. One of my favorite childhood memories for dessert was a frozen dish called Biscuit Tortoni. The italian woman next door used to make it for us.

I've found a variety of recipes for this recipe on the web and wondered whether anyone had a fave variation?
