Seriously, this apple cake should be in T&T...

I got this recipe from Smitten Kitchen (blog) and I have made it several times. I posted it on here a while ago, and I was wondering if I'm the only one who has made it?

It's such a good recipe, and the cake has gotten rave reviews from the people I have served it to (co-workers and family).

The walnuts and the truck load of apples compared to dough in this recipe, makes it a true winner. Also, it always comes out great.

(Can you tell I have become an addict to this cake? *LOL*)

 
I made it, left out the oj though. Anyone else?

It was very moist and I'd vote for it to be in T&T.

 
Maybe this should be my missing dessert on Thursday

I was going to make the frozen maple cream pie, but the maple sugar would have cost me $10, and then I had to buy the maple syrup as well, and I just didn't feel like spending the money. My other dessert will be lemon coconut tart, and I wanted something harvesty as well. This sounds really good, and we already have lots of apples.
