Seriously? You've got to be kidding me! Just found this site...Fastfood/Gourmet.

I agree. They've got to be kidding you. I had to laugh and the Timbits Tiramisu

I think it's a good satire. The step by step pics look so serious.

Really. Bread Farfalle? Tear the bread, food process it with water,

pat it out but is to sticky to work with so dry it in the oven, then cut with a pastry cutter and pinch in the middle? Uh, why not just buy of bag of Farfalle and boil in water.....

If they bought a bag of farfalle and boiled it, we wouldn't be talking about it, or clicking

on it. And those ads wouldn't get seen.

This is even worse than the column in the food section of the Dallas Morning News

It is called "Take Home Miracles" and the sad thing is it is written by Anne Lindsay Greer McCann who was one of the instrumental chefs in the Southwestern Food movement. She was taped in the "Great Chef's of the Southwest" special for PBS many years ago. Now she writes a column that effectively is just making really expensive fast food by buying takeout stuff and using things like Knorrs mixes. Some of her "quick and easy" things would probably cost $30 to make. I couldn't believe she actually was recommending one time to buy a whole beef tenderloin and then using gravy mix.

To draw attention to his web design service. The "after" pictures look very good.

I mean good photography not tasty food.

When the food processor first came out, I took classes from her on it's use. She was just Anne

Lindsay Greer then and we were both a lot younger.

I enjoyed the PBS series so much I bought the cookbook. I'll have to dig it out to

see what she cooked when she actually COOKED.
