SESAME GLAZED CHICKEN LEGS

4 Chicken legs

1/4 cup Oyster flavoured sauce

4 tsp Liquid honey

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp Sesame oil

Pinch Pepper

2 tbsp Sesame seeds

1 Green onion, chopped

Remove skin from chicken if desired, cut leg in half at joint. Arrange on greased baking sheet.

Combine oyster sauce, honey, mustard, sesame oil and pepper. brush over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in 375 degree F. oven for 40 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced. Remove to plate; sprinkle with onion. Makes 4 servings.

 
Don't know what clam sauce is, but I think subbing soy sauce and

a little hoisin might come close. And a soupcon of fish sauce couldn't hurt.
