Sesame seeds?

Got a good price, so I bought about 1 1/2 cups. Do you frees)ze yours, or just keep in the pantry? I've never had any goo bad in the pantry, but then I've never had such a large amount.

I keep them in the fridge since they contain oil.

Oh. Marg has a good point about the oil, but I keep mine in the pantry. Haven't had them go bad yet.

I freeze mine. The get rancid fairly fast.
