I watched the video and loved the tip about refrigerating the crumb topping after blending it. WHY did I never realize that before! It's like a butter pie crust...you need to rechill the butter so it doesn't just melt before fully merging with the flour.

I also had a moment with refrigerating the crumbs....have been doing crumb cakes for years and never once thought of that.....cannot wait to try this recipe.....
 
Oh I love the reminder of Oneg Shabbats that I had growing up and as an adult (they stopped when the pandemic hit) although I can't remember any prune dishes except for at Purim - Prune Hamentashem. Thanks for reminder!!
