We have a Oriental market in our town...

... that carries pretty much all you can imagine

the other day I saw in their freezer section - pig's blood. Can you imagine?

anyway, they always have bags of dried limes - but I bet amazon sells them too

 
We have a Super G here like that--pig uteri is my fave!! My physical therapist

is a Chinese man and I have said to him that it is really awesome to see ALL the possible things that Asians use in dishes--and have for millenia.
