absolutely wonderful and so very easy. There was a small slice left today and I think it was even better than yesterday. (I used a Spiced rum) Wish I knew how to post pictures so you could see it. I served all her favourites (there were 19 of us). Swiss Chicken Cutlets, Ham, smashed garlic potatoes. baked spinach, carrots and a layered salad. Dessert - Savarin, Strawberry Triffle and Texas sheet cake. Thanks.
