Should I continue sharing the smoothie recipes I've been making as of late? I just made a blueberry

one that is delicious and I've love to share it; but there doesn't seem to be anyone who's enjoying me sharing, so I thought I'd best ask first before I share any more.

I really like the pomegranite one(twice!) I enjoy the recipes, my situation is, for me a smoothie is

quick breakfast and usually includes what ever fruit falls out of the freezer and what needs to be used out of the fruit bowl.

I love the posts for ideas. Was good to use tofu instead of my regular yogurt and soy powder.

So, yea, do enjoy them. I actually should file some to use at work where I have more ingredients.

Love Purple Smoothie

2 large frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup orange juice (I used from frozen OJ, diluted about 2-1/2 waters rather than 3)
1/2 c. unsweetened fat free yogurt (I used Cascadian)
A tbsp or 2 of milk

Place ingredients in your vitamix as listed. This is very thick with frozen bananas and such a small amount of liquid…but the vitamix will handle it, slow as you go with the stir stick.

After it is blended, if it is really thick, add just a tbsp. of milk (that’s all I needed) to get it ‘moving’ smoothly.

This is delicious. I saw another version of this with a different name on the web; it called for all sweeeteners and flavorings that you don’t need. This is sweet enough. So this is my version.
