Shrimp Cakes with Andouille Sausage These were a hit.

I used them as an appetizer. The mixture made 36 little patties. I served them with a Roasted Red Pepper Aioli dipping sauce.

Roasted Red Pepper Aioli

1/2 cup roasted red peppers (found in your deli section)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp lemon juice

To make Aioli: Puree red peppers. Add mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice to roasted red pepper puree. Refrigerate until serving.
