Shrimp with wasabi butter

Inspired by a walk through Prahran Market:

1/2 kilo of shrimp dusted with with seasoned flour, browned in oil and butter til golden-

Melt some (unsalted) butter in a small pan and add some wasabi paste to taste, some soy sauce, and a few drops of lemon juice - that's your sauce

Served with rice and steamed snow peas

Very good on a night where inspiration failed me...
