I thought I would post this compilation that I have been collecting for a friend of mine that is on a very tight budget both financially and time-wise, and on top of that doesn't like to cook.

This has been a fun project for me. After she looks through the recipes and decides what she wants to make, I will try and put it into a OAM cooking format, and she will come to my house and we will cook up a storm. OAC - I made the "Almost Like White Castle Cheeseburgers" today and have

them flash freezing in the freezer. They are adorable, like mini-cheeseburgers. The kids loved them. After they freeze, I will wrap them in either wax paper or plastic wrap, and then inside a zip loc freezer bag.

The recipe made 20 burgers.
Total cost: $ 4.07 rolls (Sam's Club)
3.35 1.5 lbs. 85%/15% ground round
.50 ketchup and mustard
.50 onion soup mix
.18 1 large egg
.42 5 slices American cheese
____________
$ 9.07 total cost

$ .45 per sandwich

Dawn...great list. I have been preparing food OAM for just a few months now, and there are a

lot of great recipes. There is a group under OAMC and also 30 day gourmet. The OAMC group does a lot of "dump chicken" recipes, where you put the marinades with chicken breasts, freeze, and then just thaw, dump in a pan and bake.

I usually do different varieties of the "dump" recipes along with other cooked meals to add variety to my cooking day.
