weather will do.

350 - 1 hour

1 1/2 lb. lean ground round

2 eggs, beaten

1 med onion, chopped

1 T. prepared horseradish (this is what sets it apart from others)

1 t. dry mustard

1/2 ketchup

1/2 c. minced celery

1 T minced parsley

2 carrots grated

1 t. garlic salt ( I just throw in minced garlic)

1 t. salt

1/4 t. coarse groind pepper

1 med green pepper, chopped

1. Mix

2. Bake

3. Eat

Option: Spread over the top, about 1/3 c. Heinz Chili Sauce before baking

 
What a coincidence...

Last night when I was eating Cathy's wonderful meatloaf I was thinking...hmmmmmmm, I bet some horseradish would really be a great addition to this and filed that in the back of my mind for the next time I make it.

And there you are confirming it. I'll try yours next. It's meatloaf season for sure.
