The article also included a naan version of white bean and panchetta pizza and a chile-cheese burrito.

Speaking of Naan...

has anyone tried the Garlic Cilantro Naan imported from India that Trader Joe sells? Holy Carbs, Batman! That stuff is LETHAL! Good thing I'm not eating carbs or I'd be in a carb coma by now.

Lethal indeed. Some of the best Naan I ever ate. Just delicious.

I use Naan as a burger "bun" and have been known to slather with garlic sauteed in oil and cilantro......

Yes, isn't that amazing stuff?! Love that TJ's garlic naan.

I keep some on hand in the freezer for my hubby (a non-cook) to turn into a quick pizza on night's that I'm working.
