Those are great ideas. We juice many of our lemons, put into ice cube trays then

they go into freezer bags, From there I can make so many things. Half of the bottom freezer in my fridge is frozen lemon cubes. Use them all the time. We used to zest each and every lemon we juiced too, but that is a royal pain, so I stopped that. Two years was enough, especially the year we got 1200 lemons!
