a total hit. Had a Dinner Group over....we all followed the theme (almost) this time it was British which leaves one quite a choice these days (thank goodness)

Fish Terrine (from one guest) I made Delia's Foaming Hollandise Sauce for this.....really good easy sauce.

Plaited asparagus beans (from the garden, these look great)
Piedmont Peppers (again from Delia...sooo good)
English Trifle and cream (from a guest)

A really good meal enjoyed with excellent red wine (however I drank my usual Rose)
