I bought the smoked Evoo from that company.....I never purchased anymore

after using the first bottle. It was a bit overpowering at times. Like mistral, I stick with my chipotle, and smoked paprika/ They have small bottles, so give it a try...You may love it.

So true! But...

I stop in every other month or so, head straight to the back corner, and peruse the closeout/markdown "nooklet". I've actually found some really good bargains there. Like one of those $125 Le Creuset covered stoneware casseroles for $35, $10 silicone spatulas decorated with jack-o-lanterns work very well for Christmas baking at $1, etc.. Stuff like that.
