smoked salmon---right out of the smoker. mmmmmmm

it's a Bradley. made in Canada. looks like a little refrigerator and uses wood "biscuits"

 
Smoked salmon spread

8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayo or plain yogurt or sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1-2 tsp sriracha hot sauce or favorite hot sauce
1 tsp worcestechire(sp) sauce
1 cup flaked smoked salmon---or canned salmon and liquid smoke to taste, start with 1 tsp.

mix all together and chill. serve with crackers or mini rye. can be shaped into ball and rolled in ground nuts. I had this for lunch Sat and Sun---so good! sliced cucumbers and radishes and pickles are good to serve alongside.

wonderful---I know it sounds weird, but really makes a nice sweet/savory spread---unami??
