Ice cream sandwich torte with caramelized marshmallows - yum
When I can get boxes of Neapolitan and/or chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches (Kroger), I stack them in foil lined bread pans with whip cream, caramel, sliced strawberries or bananas, and chocolate sauce in between, freeze, remove to platter and top torte with whip cream, sauces and nuts. Definitely planning to top with toasted marshmallow layer next time! Great idea, Debra!
