So here's the scoop on the Spicy Mango Sauce and the Chocolate Loaf posted above

I grilled chicken and brushed the mango sauce on it right before I took it off the grill. It is not very thick so a single coat didn't make much of a glaze but I poured more of the sauce on my plate and dipped the chicken as I ate it. I really like the sauce.

My sister said that she would prefer mini-chips or regular chocolate chips in the chocolate loaf as she wasn't fond of the big solid chunks of chocolate after the cake was cool. She said they were good when it was still warm.
