this, I had to tell you about. My friend sent me an introduction to his friend on FB. He just moved to Seattle, thought you might like to connect. Cool. Then I look on his page. He was the Executive Pastry Chef at the Slanted Door in SF. Apparently he did the dessert section in the Slanted Door cookbook. Holy cow! Um, yeah. I'd like to know him. Thanks!
