Melissa, a question for you...

Is there a way to look at all of her recipes by type, such as appetizers, soups, etc.? Did you make the egg salad as she did? Thanks!

This looks so good, I'm always trying to make egg salad have more oomph.

I think she keeps promising to index but hasn't. A lot of them are on the

left-hand side of the screen. She does some interesting and different things and is also a terrific baker, so her bread recipes are good. I have to check in on her blog every day. Her animal pictures always make me smile. I have tremendous respect for how hard they work. I'd love to be able to live like that.

I did make the recipe as written. Very good. (I did cut it in half.)

At first glance Melissa, I thought this to be an eggscellent recipe,

HOWEVER, the photo depicts DUCK EGGS! How could you possibly post this???

I will say though, that I'm a Hellman's girl too. This would be awesome with... - ahem! CHICKEN EGGS!!

Mmmmm, I'm sure I'm in the minority but I'm a Kraft girl. Less sweet than Helman's.
