Buttermilk Bread recipe I recently posted for Traca by Bernard Clayton, Jr.) because the humidity was high so it altered the amount of flour that I normally throw into the mix. Just knew you'd be THRILLED to know that the weather can also affect bread making besides pie crusts and candy making! Also meringues, come to think of it!
