I met Mr Tibbals in a nursing home in Illinois when my Dad was there for a short term.

about 5 years ago. He was absolutely delightful and had a small display of his miniatures and lent me his book. just a lovely man and such interesting stories.

 
ah, the trauma of "ant invasion." I know it well....

I made my work GBH this weekend and will write up the results this week with photos.
