Some where recently I heard or saw something about using leftover

pancake or waffle batter to make muffins. So this morning we had a waffle and topped with the rest of the Vanilla Rhubarb that I made to go on the Dutch Baby. Delicious by the way. So we only have one waffle each so I always have left over batter and that's a problem. It changes color and consistency when I keep it to use the next day. And we just never like them warmed up in the oven so it always gets thrown out. So this morning I used it to make mini muffins. I put a teeny pat of butter in the bottom, brown sugar and chopped pecans and then the batter. They are so good and now we have 9 little mini waffle muffins for breakfasts. Yum

 
I did? I remember seeing the thing they make them in but I didn't

realize it was the same taste. Huh!

 
I don't watch the Today show but maybe I heard about it? I go to

her site everyday but I don't remember seeing it. I'll look.
