Somehow ended up with 3 partial used jars of cashew butter in the pantry. So, I made peanut butter

cookies with it, double batch. I had no idea how good they would be, folks just loved them! DH ate the last one yesterday and pleaded for more. If you have some extra cashew butter give them a try smileys/smile.gif
