I was thinking of doing them in pasta with some pancetta. I also have some really nice fresh spinach. Too much or sound good?

There are ramp festivals over in East TN.

They are great roasted, mixed with scrambled eggs, you can do anything with them that you would do with onions, leeks or scallions - just taste them to see how strong they are before adding them.

 
I had those once sauteed with a rib eye steak at Moosehead's. The next day my mom and I were getting

comments that we had a garlicy aroma around us. It lasted for days!!!! They were so delicious though, be sure all your intimate friends have some too, just in case!
