Cyn, I made it and it was good but wish I'd added some onion or green onion tops
and maybe even a little celery. Also salt. I made mine with canned chipotles with a little of the adobo and in potato salad a little goes a long way. Mine ended up hot and I wish I had toned it down a little. Just a whisper of the heat and smoke is what you are aiming for. It was one of those "had great potential but I wish I had played with it a little" recipes. Haven't tried it with my revisions yet.
