in the oven. Was it here? I'd love to be able to have a crisp corn tort for a taco without the mess of frying.

I do it often, Karen

I just brush both sides of the tortilla with water and put on (nonstick) cookie sheets and crisp in a 350 degree oven- it doesn't take very long. I imagine they are even better if you brush oil on them but I go for the low fat. I make tortilla "chips" by cutting the rounds into six wedges and crisping that way too.

i've learned if you forget about the tortillas warming in the oven they'll end up crispy smileys/wink.gif

You could fold before baking, Maybe try this: use an inverted V-roasting rack and...

drape the tortilla through the bars in a folded position? Or just fold over your oven rack, hanging up-side-down.
