What, please, is this FRC that appears all over this site?

Probably something simple, and I'm gonna feel like an a** no doubt. But, still........

 
Food-Related Chat (as opposed to NFRC, non-FRC, which might deal with window cleaner, etc)

NFRC might deal with the best vacuum cleaner or such. It started back at Gail's Swap, when some folks became upset that threads were deviating off food/cooking.

By putting FRC or NFRC in front of a thread, the reader can choose to ignore it if they are only interested in specific food recipe/topics and don't want to bother with "chat".

It has worked well, I think. This is such a generous, helpful group that sometimes I turn to it for answers in other areas of my life...or just to share something.
