I used to have, and still have a brush but I do need a new one. The one that I have was called "Brush-Off" It is a fiber brush that is used to "remove excess grease & fat from food" It is wonderful for removing most of the fat from chicken soup and I don't know what I would do without it when I make 30 servings of Crab Soup. I make the soup for 4th of July and thank goodness that I am finished that project for this year. Thanks for any suggestions.
