I was reading an article on another site about food photography and they mentioned the same program Traca did.... Adobe Lightroom...AND that there's a free beta version available through June 30th. I'm downloading now!http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=labs_lightroom3
