(ETA: I could just go look through everyone's recent posts to see if there's a blog in the signature line, but the Swap used to discourage people from doing that, so... Or has this has been updated and it's now ok?)

Nice, Sally! I was eyeing your Skanakopita Meatballs. I spent last weekend

trapped in a cabin with 4 teenage girls (don't ask... it wasn't my idea) and spent the whole time developing an Spinach-Parmesan Italian Meatball Soup in my head. I've recently fallen in love with meatballs. smileys/smile.gif

I am also on a meatball kick, they cook fast, and the possibilities are endless!

 
It's my favorite photo of her....

... she looks wonderful in that photo, unfortunately, she struggles with intense depression, and it's very hard to get a photo from her in which she doesn't seem sad.

that photo is my Mom the way I want her to be.
