i can't find the "plantation" grade, but i'm reasonably certain that it exists.

btw, check their prices. considerably lower than my sourse. even before my shipping would be. and remember! 1 oz = 28(!) grams.

penzey's wants $135 per ounce for the same grade, and $240 per oz for top-grade kashmir (admittedly better).
