Thanks Sally--made this yesterday, very good, cold here in NJ so it was a "soup" day

I only had light coconut milk and it was still tasty.
Used a pinch of my piment d'espelette smileys/smile.gif

used ginger and lemon on my last version, which I polished off at lunch today

I like the fact that the soup is ready so quickly - my batch lasts for three meals if I have most of it by myself. Sometimes Phil has some, so that cuts it to two meals and a few tears from my side smileys/wink.gif
